This successful candidate has 3+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines, EDM, Compressors, Dryers, Manual mills and lathes, and welding equipment to ensure effective results for a high-quality finished product.This is a DIRECT HIRE, Full-Time opportunity.Schedule: M-F with Opportunity for OT on Saturdays1st Shift: 5AM-2:30PMCompensation: $25-30+/Hr.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * MUST HAVE experience troubleshooting CNC machines, wiring machinery, and making repairs to electrical components. * Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. * Ability to demonstrate proficiency by performance or certificate in the following skill sets: Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatics and Hydraulics * Perform mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on all systems including pneumatics and hydraulics. * Perform welding using cutting torches or other welding equipment. * Experience and basic knowledge of material handling equipment, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic and hydraulic skills, and maintenance. * Pre-employment background and drug testSummary: * Troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines, EDM, Compressors, Dryers, Manual mills and lathes, and welding equipment to ensure effective results for a high-quality finished product. * Responsible for preventive maintenance and ordering of necessary parts for maintenance and repair of equipment. * Use schematic diagrams to troubleshoot and repair electric, hydraulic and pneumatic circuits. * Complete preventive maintenance on all production equipment in a timely manner according to schedule * Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * May perform other related assignments as needed.Robust Benefits Package: * Multiple health plans to choose from: EPO, PPO with a low-cost share. * Best-in-class 401K plan with zero vesting and up to 6% contribution matching. * Mental Health and wellness programs to support you and your family. * Short & long-term disability as well as basic life insurance at 2x your basic salary at no cost to the employee. * Free financial advisors, webinars, and classes.If this sounds like the job for you and you meet our qualifications, APPLY NOW for immediate consideration.
