The candidate will exhibit guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).Requires 5 years of experience in administrative support or facilities management/coordinationExhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with leadership, design professionals, contractors, vendors and regulatory agencies.Proven expertise in organizing, analyzing, interpreting and evaluating relevant data.Requires good judgment and organizational skills necessary to prioritize workload and meet daily demands.Requires highly developed computer skills and must be well-versed in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project). Ability to operate calculators, pagers and multi-number phones systems. Ability to learn role specific software such as Plangrid and Bluebeam.Requires excellent customer service and interpersonal skills in order to greet and assist stakeholders and respond to their needs in a professional, pleasant and efficient manner.Children's Wisconsin is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
