The Campus Chief Digital Officer ensures community and student engagement through event marketing campaigns, analytics, and meaningful measurement.Duties and Responsibilities: Recommends instructional technology for use in the classroom and on campus. Assists faculty with the design and production of multimedia products including educational videos, learning objects, podcasts, audio files, and lecture capture in collaboration with academic departments Seeks and keeps abreast of current innovative trends and best emerging pedagogical practices in instructional and automated technologies Assists campus administrations by addressing issues involved with the delivery of academic and student programs, instructional technology development, and employee development Oversees large-scale special event support, equipment maintenance and engineering, video production and photography services, social media outreach, multimedia system integration and graphic design In collaboration with the Office of Communications, maintains a consistent voice, tone, and framework, to support a strong brand presence among campus and external communities Supports collegewide marketing and communications initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms, such as Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, to drive value to student recruitment, enrollment, and overall engagement Supports Salesforce Marketing Cloud which includes leveraging AI technology to personalize the student journey, supporting omni-channel engagement, and making data driven decisions to optimize strategy and campaigns in real-time Employs strategies that engage students more effectively through personalized, relevant, and automated email communications that align with the overall business objectives and enhance the student journey Keeps assigned campuses abreast of innovative trends and emerging pedagogical practices Manages and maintains digital assets and preservation including film, photography, podcasts, social media platforms, and other electronic media for a specific campus Supports assigned Campus technology to support retention and pedagogical practices/learning strategies; provides digital marketing expertise inclusive of recommendations for communication, marketing campaign and instructional technologies; and provides training to campus personnel: Kendall and Homestead Campuses: Health Science and Nursing programming and supports multimedia needs of the MDC Athletics Department and its teams West and Padron Campuses Collaborates with Campus Presidents and Deans, Marketing and Communications and IT on all initiatives to identify technical needs and opportunities to ensure efficiency and consistency across channels, assess unique market opportunities, determine strategic priorities, and supports measurable campaigns for community and student engagement at the campuses Coordinates the maintenance of Campus Web Pages with District personnel Oversees hiring and selection, training, supervising and evaluation of staff Ensures the development and implementation of all appropriate budgets Establishes performance goals and oversees ongoing measurement protocols to evaluate and optimize effectiveness including gathering data, managing analytics, and making recommendations based on performance resultsMinimum Requirements: Master's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Instructional Technologies, or related field and five (5) years demonstrated technology, marketing, and administrative/managerial experience; or Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Instructional Technologies, or related field and nine (9) years demonstrated technology, marketing, and administrative/managerial experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
