Practice Area: Litigation - General (consumer), Job Type: Partner, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 7 Years, A law firm in Boston is seeking a Litigation Partner with 7-10 years of experience to handle complex cases involving construction losses, product liability, fire losses, premises liability, and liquor liability through trial. The ideal candidate must have strong academic credentials, be admitted to practice in Massachusetts, and preferably be admitted to multiple states or have a desire to gain admission in additional states.
