We are looking for top talent in sales in your area! We are shaking up the countertop business and are looking for a candidate who has the ambition and drive to keep up! We are looking for a team player, who shares our vision for the future as well as our values. *This position is salary plus commission. The ideal applicant should be able to work in at least 2 of our Progressive Dimensions locations. Responsibilities:• Sell quartz and natural stone countertops to retail customers, wholesale customers, and designers.• Give excellent customer service to customers, contractors, and designers• Must use the company's computer CRM and Google Suite• Follow company policies and procedures• Must make sales for the company• Must know how to read layouts• Upsell customers• Follow Up with customers as needed Qualifications:• Proven inside sales experience• Must be available to work weekends.• Must be ambitious and motivated• Strong computer skills• Kitchen design experience is a plus!• Track record of over-achieving goals• Strong phone presence• Experience working with a CRM• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Must be a team player • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively• Must be passionate about home design Compensation: $75,000 yearly About Company: A family-owned and operated local business specializing in countertop sales and fabrication.
