What You'll Do As a Line/Grill Cook II, we entrust in you to be a leader in the operation and have a passion for training other associates, as well as delivering on customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Preparing a variety of dishes made from our very own recipes Responsible for setting up food preparation lines including grill, sauté, fry cooking station, and pantry lines. Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu items Arrange sauces and supplementary garnishes for allocated station Serve menu items compliant with established standards Collaborate with team members and chefs to develop new menu items What it Takes High School or equivalent work experience 2-5 years of related work experience Ability to obtain WI Food Handlers License Previous cooking experience in a restaurant facility Ability to multi-tsk and able to follow written or verbal instructions Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays What You'll Receive We strive to provide exceptional experiences for our guests and we want to provide you with a similar experience.
