The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills and be licensed to practice law in their state of residence. Job Duties:Handle Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) cases exclusivelyProvide legal counsel and representation to clients in employment litigation mattersConduct legal research, analysis, and writing on various employment law issuesDraft pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsPrepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and mediationsCollaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy and managementCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Bar in the candidate's state of residence8+ years of experience in employment litigation, with a focus on EPLI casesExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Bar in the candidate's state of residence Skills:Experience in handling EPLI casesStrong written and oral communication skillsLegal research and writing skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively This firm defends many of the nation's largest employers in today's litigious environment, advocating against government regulation aggressive plaintiffs, and union abuse from more than fifty offices worldwide.
