Located in Rolla, MO, My Father’s World is currently seeking a Property Maintenance Supervisor to join our dedicated team, provide tender loving care for our gorgeous 340 acre property and multiple, multifaceted facilities, and to thoughtfully serve our employees and guests. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for upkeep and minor maintenance that will ensure that our building and grounds are an enjoyable environment that remains in excellent condition to serve our employees and guests well into the future. To the qualified Property Maintenance Supervisor we offer: $50,000 - $60,000 salary, commensurate with experience PTO Fitness membership Discounts on products Access to Kabekona Hills property (e.g. fishing, kayaking, picnicking) Our ideal candidate will love the hands-on aspect of this position and have the vision and desire to keep the MFW and Kabekona Hills facilities and property in superior condition. Approaching each day with self-management/initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively with others is essential for this position as well as a keen perception for emerging needs. Our candidate should possess exceptional communication skills that will ensure healthy team function and successful execution of the required tasks. They should also be able to grow into greater responsibilities in the future. Primary duties of the Property Maintenance Supervisor : Supervising the Property Maintenance Technicians Ensuring all facilities and buildings are in excellent and operable condition Supervising grounds maintenance on the property and at the event center Identifying and managing problems together with team members Identifying and collaborating with team members on ways to improve the facilities, buildings, and grounds Requirements for the Property Maintenance Supervisor : Alignment with our company’s passion and core values Ability to be flexible, change directions, and act on priorities Has the ability to identify the significance or lesser importance of tasks and adjust accordingly Ability to work independently--meeting deadlines & keeping commitments Ability to care about and contribute to a multifaceted, Kingdom-minded organization Desire to make sure the entire team succeeds Occasional weekend work may be required My Father’s World, serving families and communities for over twenty years, is committed to the care and growth of all our team members while equally committed to offering high-quality educational products, training, and hospitality to our customers, trainees, and guests.
