Key Responsibilities: Payroll Processing: Accurately manage payroll for our diverse team, including the calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions. Data Verification: Scrutinize timesheets, attendance records, and other documents to ensure error-free payroll entries. Payment Disbursement: Oversee the preparation and distribution of paychecks and direct deposit transactions, ensuring timely delivery. Query Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for employee and client payroll queries, delivering prompt and accurate responses. Reporting: Generate comprehensive payroll reports for management, providing insights into payroll activities.
