As a result, all candidates are subject to a spiritual assessment to ensure they can clearly articulate the gospel, can articulate their testimony, belong to a healthy local church, and have a daily practice of spiritual disciplines.Our Client:As a Design Drafter, you will be an integral part of our client's engineering team. In this role, you will collaborate with a team to prepare detailed drawing packages and documentation essential for fabrication and construction phases of various projects, including elevated and ground storage tanks, tank foundations, components, and accessories. This position offers a competitive pay range of $30/hr to $35/hr.Key Responsibilities: Perform drafting tasks for specific tank styles and their respective foundations. Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including shipping lists. Develop plan and elevation layouts to support project requirements. Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the team or management. Qualifications: Associates Degree in Architectural or Mechanical Drafting, or equivalent demonstrated experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel. Working knowledge of Inventor, VBA, Advance Steel, and AME preferred. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical plans, specifications, procedures, design standards, and regulations. Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective presentation of information and interaction with stakeholders, including managers, clients, and contractors. Additional Requirements: Alignment with the mission and values of Kingdom Staffing, including active involvement in a healthy local church community, ability to articulate the gospel and personal testimony, and commitment to spiritual disciplines. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in drafting tasks. Adaptable to changing project requirements and deadlines.
