If you're ready to make a positive impact and share your love for health and wellness, this part-time position might be perfect for you. Join us in empowering our clients to "Live Long" through personalized assisted stretching sessions. Position: Sales Manager As a Sales Manager at StretchLab Middleton, you will work closely with the Area Manager to drive new membership sales. Your primary responsibilities include lead management, booking introductory stretches for prospective members, closing membership sales, and supporting the retention of current members. While a fitness background is preferred, it is not required. Requirements: Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skillsGoal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targetsFamiliarity with Club Ready software system (training provided)Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize a variety of daily tasksProficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesProficient computer skills and ability to learn systems quickly Responsibilities: Work closely with the Area Manager to generate leads, follow up, and close sales.Schedule and confirm introductory stretch classes for prospective members.Manage front desk duties, including greeting and checking in clients, knowing members by name and expressing a positive and empowering work environment.Maintain personal sales targets and productivity.Promote the club's fitness and wellness objectives to members and prospects.Participate in promotional events to drive club awareness and engagement.Lead social media engagement.Ensure studio cleanliness and organization.Perform other duties as assigned.
