We are seeking a take-charge, experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and help deliver our high-profile events and experiences. The Live Event- Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of a diverse range of corporate events and creative work. From discovery to debriefing, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that each project is executed flawlessly, on time, and within budget, while also maintaining CG Creative’s high standards of quality and exceeding client expectations. They will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, leading a multidisciplinary team and overseeing all logistical aspects of a diverse portfolio of client projects. What You’ll Do: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and accountability. Lead the planning and execution of client projects from discovery to delivery, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to achieve project objectives. Manage a multidisciplinary project team, setting goals, deadlines, and monitoring progress. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders, addressing concerns and managing expectations. Oversee internal staff and vendors. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Five (5) or more years of experience in Project Management, in an agency setting.required Live Event Project Management or Live Event Production Manager experience required Client facing Budget experience including budget creation with clients, scope writing, budget maintenance of hard costs required Certification in Project Management preferred. Prior experience in Project Management of Events, Creative, or Software Development projects required. Experience leading a team and supervising direct reports preferred. Experience integrating AI technology into Project Management preferred. Experience working with Procim is preferred but not required. Strong leadership and team management skills. Working directly with clients on budget creation required Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and Google Workspace is a must. Strong critical thinking skills with a flexible and innovative approach to problem-solving Ability to work in an evolving environment. Professional and positive approach.
