Production Associate requires:&* 2 shifts: 6 am to 2 pm or 7 am to 3 pm.&* Prior proven production experience are a plus&* Trade school or experience in working with electronics or assembling mechanical devices are highly advantageous.&* Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred.&* Ability to read and interpret work instructions and schematics.&* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.&* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.&* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.&* Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.Production Associate duties:&* Uphold a clean and well-maintained work environment, adhering to established maintenance and cleaning schedules.&* Evaluate raw materials and inventory levels, promptly notifying supervisors when inventory is running low.&* Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.&* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
