The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, a commitment to excellence, and the drive to contribute to the firm's growth and success.Duties:Provide comprehensive estate planning services to clients, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters and provide strategic advice.Participate in client meetings, consultations, and negotiations to address client needs and concerns.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop and implement effective legal strategies.Assist in managing and administrating estate planning cases from inception to resolution.Stay current with changes in estate planning laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed counsel to clients.Requirements:5+ years of experience practicing law with a focus on estate planning.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Tennessee State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.Strong academic background with excellent writing and analytical skills.Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services and achieving favorable client outcomes.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Tennessee State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.Skills:Proficiency in estate planning laws, regulations, and procedures.Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting legal documents.Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all aspects of legal practice.
