The ideal candidate must be hardworking, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment, licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, or willing to take the necessary Bar exam.Duties:Represent clients in various litigation matters, including civil, criminal, and administrative proceedings.Conduct legal research and analysis to provide clients with sound legal advice and strategy.Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.Attend hearings, trials, and other court proceedings on behalf of clients.Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.0-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably in litigation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client advocacy.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Bar in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.Skills:Legal research and analysis.Drafting legal documents.Courtroom advocacy.Negotiation.Client communication.Time management and organization.Attention to detail.
