Outside Sales Rep needed for a Growing Roofing Company in the Bowling Green KY area. Compensation based on Sales, potential of over 100K the first year. Employbridge is seeking a highly energetic and motivated Salesperson. No experience? No problem. Individuals hired will receive training they need to represent and assist customers through their projects, so prior experience is not necessary. Qualifications * Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers. * Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary. * Must have a pickup truck and carry a ladder * Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule) * Must be willing/able to self-generate leads as well as run office-leads. * Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections. * Construction or Home improvement backgrounds a plus.Responsibilities & duties of the position * Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage * Creating estimates & measuring home exteriors and damages. * Marketing / lead generation for new prospects.
