Telehealth Psychiatrist MindCare Solutionsis a leading provider of round-the-clocktelepsychiatryand in-person behavioral health that provides services to hospitals, emergency departments and a variety of other care settings. We partner with healthcare organizations to deliver best-in-class, end-to-end behavioral health solutions that combine evidence-based care pathways, advanced technology, and high-quality providers.We are searching for a BC/BE Psychiatrist licensed (or willing to be licensed) in MO, LA, KS. Compensation:$300,000 per year plus bonus opportunity Position Summary: Psychiatrist will see about 1-2 patient encounters per hour 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) Monday-Friday with 1 weekend per month (4 holidays annually) An average of 30, 32, 36, or 40 hours per week options available for Full-Time Respond immediately to consult requests received during a scheduled shift Provide recommendations for assessment, treatment, and monitoring including prescribing medications within limit of applicable Perform psychiatric hold evaluations in ED as needed Utilization of the following EHRs Intelligent Routing, Meditech, Epic, Core MindCare will assist in the cost to get licensed if Psychiatrist already has one compact licensure; we may request additional licenses as well Psychiatrist will evaluate and treat patients referred for the assessment and treatment of neuropsychiatric conditions, behavioral health disorders, and comorbid conditions. Provide recommendations for assessment, treatment, and monitoring including prescribing medications within limits of applicable MindCare utilizes productivity compensation models Benefits: Medical, Vision, and Dental (FTE only) Other opportunities within the organization Licensure reimbursement Credentialing support Flexible spending account 401K with 4% match (FTE only) 2:4 Malpractice Coverage for all W2 employees - (1099 employees will be required to carry their own malpractice insurance, 2:4 million malpractice coverage or the Psychiatrist may purchase malpractice insurance through MindCare) Company paid life insurance (FTE only) Voluntary life, short/long-term disability (FTE only) Positive work environment/culture Company Paid Holidays (FTE only) PTO (FTE only) Qualifications: Psychiatrist is required to be licensed in MO, LA, or KS Board Certified or Eligible (within 1 year of residency completion) in Psychiatry Valid and unrestricted DEA Required to be well-versed in telemedicine technologies and EHR programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
