The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background from nationally recognized schools and be admitted to practice in PA. They will have extensive experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds.Duties:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations, and perform work duties as required.Foster positive work relationships.Comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in both physical and sedentary activity, such as:Working at a computer for extended periods of time, including on-screen reading and typing.Participating in digital/virtual conference calls.Participating in meetings as needed.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:5-7 years of experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds.Strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.Must be admitted to practice in PA.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania.Skills:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.Adaptability and flexibility in handling multiple tasks and priorities.
