GENERAL SUMMARY: This position will support Feed Mill activities through clerical support.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Balancing feed tickets with MTech and SAP and produce various feed delivery reportsEnters requisitions and receives through SAP for department parts and ingredientsAssists dispatcher in maintaining and monitoring inventory of feed from growersOrders and schedules deliveries of feed to growers as a backup to the dispatcherAnswers phones and performs other clerical duties as needed for various other departmentsMaintains open communication with growers and driversKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:EDUCATION:Requires an high school degree or equivalentEXPERIENCE:Previous experience in accounting or accounting support role required1-2 years experience in Microsoft Excel and Word software required SKILLS:Good communication skillsComputer skills; SAP experience preferredAccounting/Accounting supportEOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled
