Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests • Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready• Mitigate customer complaints as needed• Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information• Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent• Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills• Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems• At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred Compensation: $15.75 - $17.50 hourly About Company: Come and enjoy the fun crew at Comfort Inn!
