Job Title:Note Finance Operations CoordinatorLocation:BiltmoreWhat you'll do:Our Mortgage Warehouse - Note Finance division provides line of credit services to commercial borrowers such as private non-bank lenders and institutional debt funds to assist with their cash flow and operating needs. As a Note Finance Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for understanding our department's policies and procedures to clearly & effectively communicate documentation gaps and drive actions to resolve. The ability to work independently, prioritize projects, multi-task and remain organized while delivering business results is critical.What we are looking for: Champions best-in-class service to our clients and business partners, responding to emails and/or phone calls within SLAs and using professional & effective communications to drive business results. Identify document gaps, collaborating with other Teams who communicate with clients and cure deficiencies. Includes consulting on client-facing calls and emails. Prepares recurring and ad hoc reports to clients and business partners such as document exceptions, maturing loan reports as well as collateral fee invoices. Follow processes and use templates to effectively communicate document exceptions and solutions to our Note Finance clients. Quarterbacks loan advances and paydowns, working with clients and internal teams to process requests, researching and resolving any discrepancies. Updates document tracking records and reports for loans, communicating outbound shipment status to clients, managing any issues to resolution. Support other Team Members with overflow work as needed Assist Manager(s) with ad hoc reporting as neededWhat you need to have: Associate degree or related work experience 3-5 years' experience in customer service (1-3 years in financial or B2B services preferred) Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to carry out instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, reports, and correspondence, and speak clearly to peers and team members Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Ability to follow processes, effectively & professionally communicating needs to solve complex problems The ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlinesBenefits you'll love:We offer all the important things you'd want - like competitive salaries, an ownership stake in the company, medical and dental insurance, time off, a great 401k matching program, tuition assistance program, an employee volunteer program, and a wellness program.
