Nurse Practitioner physician job in California : St. Joseph Hospital Orange has an opportunity for a full-time nurse practitioner to assist in its renowned Kidney Transplant Center in Orange, California. This position travels between Los Angeles and Orange County locations working with patients referred for transplant evaluation, or that have received a kidney transplant. There is plenty of room to work independently in this role, but there are also opportunities to collaborate closely with this a well-established team of physicians, surgeons, and specialty RN transplant coordinators. Guaranteed salary Good amount of autonomy Abundance of growth opportunities Mix of inpatient and outpatient care Travel between Los Angeles and Orange County facilities required 2 to 5 years of experience required Requires Graduate of Acute Care, Family, or Adult Gerontology NP program Requires National Certification as an Acute Care, Family or Adult Gerontology NP For Physician Assistant:Required current certification by the National Commission of Physician Assistants (NCPPA) Graduate from a CAHEA (AMA's Committee on Allied Health, Education and Evidence of continuing education, experience, and competency as a physician assistant in the specific area of responsibility Compensation is between $153,741.00 and $213,969.00 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
