We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture.SummaryUnder moderate supervision, this role performs a variety of conventional and technology based administrative activities in support of multiple Simplot departments. Primary activities include sorting and scanning documents into an automated imaging system.Key Responsibilities Perform bi-weekly scanner maintenance & invoice destruction.----Open incoming mail and categorize for scanning by document type.-- Distribute sorted documents throughout department per assignment.-- Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, sort into batches.-- Count and scan batches into automated imaging system.-- Perform image quality checks.--Index (commit) documents according to type and departmental procedures (includes electronic, faxes and pre-approved invoices).--Organize scanned invoices for easy retrieval for auditing. Box and label audited invoice batches and completed BOL batches to be submitted to Records.-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- --Perform daily corporate courier run responsibilities.-- (Delivery of special handling checks; delivery and pick of documents to be processed).--Typical EducationAssociate's Degree (A.A. or equivalent)Relevant ExperienceNo prior experience requiredRequired CertificationsOther InformationAbility to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Strong organizational skills. Ability to adapt to varying situations. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered for meeting the minimum requirements.
