Description:

The CNC Drill Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC drills and machines: Read prints for required specifications and dimensions Measure parts using different measuring tools (tape measure, dial calipers, dial indicators, micrometers) Remove slag using grinders Operate overhead cranes on daily basis to load machines with parts Cut supports to lengths needed using a hot saw Occasionally operate forklifts Knowledge, skills and abilities High School Diploma or Equivalent 2 years CNC Drill experience required 1 year of Manufacturing experience required Problem solving capabilities Ability to learn and follow all safety rules Ability to follow instructions Ability to work overtime Physical requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, etc. Work environment may include high noise areas, working at heights, confined spaces, congested work sites, shift work, duration rotations, shop setting, etc. Powered by JazzHR
