Graduate Geotechnical Engineer Reference: BY1261 Salary: GBP22,000 : GBP27,000 No experience required : entry level position. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent geology, environmental science, geotechnical engineering or physical geography graduate seeking industry leading training in an interactive and hands on role. The ground investigation specialists based just outside of Glasgow are seeking an ambitious graduate to join the team on a range of positions across the central belt. Youll be provided with industry leading training and excellent opportunities your educational knowledge to. The Graduate Geotechnical Engineer selected will be offered: A top salary (GBP22,000 : GBP26,000), plus pay for overtime. Flexible working hours. The Graduate Geotechnical Engineer will be: Overseeing ground investigations and piling work. Borehole logging and coring. Trial pitting. Factual report writing. Complying with health and safety practices. Liaising with team members. To be considered for this Graduate Geotechnical Engineer position you should therefore have a degree in a relevant subject, for example geology, geotechnical engineering, geography or civil engineering. You must also live commutable to Glasgow, hold a full UK driving licence (travelling to site will be essential) and have a full right to work in the UK. Prior experience in a site based role is preferably although not essential.
