Are you a Product Designer Engineer looking for a new position in Fordingbridge, Hampshire My client has been established for over 40 years and has an enviable reputation as a successful electronics OEM business and design consultancy. The ideal Product Design Engineer will have a good background in Adobe Photoshop, In Design & proficient in 3D design using Solidworks or similar tools. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience and BA/BSc in Industrial or Product Design. The Product Design Engineer based in Fordingbridge, Hampshire will have a blend of the following skills and experience: Developing new products from concept, using sketching Knowledge of plastics, properties & design principles Keep up to date by researching new processes & technologies Continually improve existing products3D design & generation of production ready drawings in Solidworks Shaping new product roadmap, generating new products ideas and seeing them come to fruition Liaise with our manufacturing teams in the UK and Far East to see your products safely into full scale production.
