Role: Reliability Engineer Location: Hayes Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri Days (with some flexibility according to business needs) Salary: £45,000 Our client is a certified B Corp searching for a Reliability Engineer to join their Hayes site! This is an ideal position for a skilled engineer with food/FMCG experience. You'll use your mechanical and electrical knowledge to implement Preventative, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance and work to minimise production downtimes. What you'll be doing Increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) levels and implement line improvements through PPMs Deep dive into reoccurring issues and remove current roadblocks to maximise machine availability Preventative, Predictive and Corrective maintenance Support installations of new machinery and trials Reduce line changeover times and assist in training for autonomous maintenance Assist Production Engineers during breakdowns if their workload exceeds their capacity Support Project Engineers with installation, final execution, ramp up, and handover to Production Write-ups of breakdown recovery instructions and lessons learnt Help to source parts from suppliers About you Previous FMCG/Production line experience essential Strong understanding of manufacturing & production equipment Comfortable working alone and in a collaborative environment with Operations and the Maintenance Planner to assist the wider Engineering team Proactive thinker What's in it for you?
