Inventory Control CoordinatorPurpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator for Pilgrim s that reports onsite at the corporate office in Greeley, Colorado. Responsibilities:Processes all shipping and receiving transactions between our production plants and our external distribution networkMaintains real time inventory accuracy and traceability between SAP and third party WMS systemsPartners closely with other internal departments and external companies to ensure the timely and precise movement of our stock transfers and sales orders Invoices external warehouses for damage claims and cycle count adjustmentsComplete monthly inventory reconciliation reportsOther duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of inventory control or distribution planning experienceCollege Degree PreferredExperience with MS Office Suite - Especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointIntermediate to advanced MS Excel skillsSAP knowledge and experience preferredPositive communication skills and attitude are required Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationThe applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; Basesalary range of $22-$25/hr; andFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in states where it is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for any given position, compensation ranges are specific to those states and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.This position does not have an application deadline.
