Lund provides free clinical supervision!Outpatient Clinician provides therapeutic clinical support to pregnant or parenting individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. Therapeutic support also includes services for children and families. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and professional documentation.More Information: Clinicians are part of a collaborative effort to improve practice in responding effectively to support family systems impacted by substance use disorders. Clinicians facilitate therapeutic groups and individual counseling to support clients to achieve client-identified goals. Full-time positions with annual salary of $57-70K; salary, based on education and experience. Lund offers support in achieving mental health and/or substance use treatment licensure through training and supervision. What We Look For: Masters in psychology, social work, or counseling required. LADC and mental health licensures or eligibility is preferred. Additional salary consideration for licensure. Experience with family centered practice preferred. Solid assessment, documentation and narrative writing skills essential. Experience or interest in working with children and families. Training to support children and families offered. Must be able to demonstrate each of the following: Ability to perform the essential job functions of the position either with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to understand and comply with operational standards, safety requirements, and employee policies. Proficiency in the use of applicable hardware and software as required. Ability to maintain a valid VT Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation is required; occasional statewide travel may be required. Upon conditional offer of employment, must be able to successfully pass a background investigation. Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.
