The Opportunity:Lincoln-Goldfinch Law is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Texas-based, in-person sales team. This individual will be responsible for providing legal consultations to prospective Chapter 7, 11, and 13 clients and assisting them in signing on for services. Responsibilities:• Meet with prospective clients• Take notes of all interactions• Advise clients on the options available to them through bankruptcy• Stay informed of developments in bankruptcy law• Learn firm services, pricing, and offerings• Achieve sales goals• Follow up with leads• Provide exceptional client service• Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications:• Familiarity with the Texas legal system• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills• Tenacious and driven pursuit of goals• Commitment to superior client service• Knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly About Company: Lincoln-Goldfinch Law is an award-winning immigration and bankruptcy law firm based out of Austin, Texas that serves people from all 50 states and from across the globe in both English and Spanish.
