Responsibilities As a Training Programs Coach , you will assist with training programs by motivating, encouraging, and always providing a safe atmosphere for all participants. You will work with other coaches and the Training Programs Coordinator to implement running programs, schedule events, and coordinate training sessions. Our Training Programs Coach is comfortable speaking in front of large crowds of people, is friendly and outgoing, and promotes positive and challenging experiences for all participants. You will be a part of a dynamic group that builds and maintains meaningful relationships with participants, customers, and vendors. Joining Fleet Feet Training Programs is joining a team and a community that ignites and supports running and fitness through social experiences.*This person is responsible for showing up to coach program events in-person. Qualifications USATF, RRCA or UESCA certified Available to work a flexible schedule, including, mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Deliver a phenomenal experience for participants by fostering a positive and safe atmosphere Must be comfortable maintaining the program requirements (pace, distance) Outgoing, loud, positive, and supportive Accountable and adaptable Does the right thing Collaborative and encouraging Willing to go above and beyond when needed Communicate professionally with participants, coaches, and Coordinator Support Fleet Feet Training Program initiatives, activities, and functions Perks: High energy and fun atmosphere Training and advancement opportunities within the Fleet Feet brand Community involvement and community service activities Training Program and Product Discounts Passionate team members Fleet Feet franchisees operate as independent business owners.
