Used Car Buyer Responsibilities: Buying vehicles we supply over 200 leads per month Assisting sales desk with customer trade inquiries including off-contract purchases / lease end of the term purchases / service customer selling their vehicle purchases. Finalizing all the purchase paperwork with the customers and collecting all the required documents to complete the purchase. Proficient with using DMS / CRM and other online tools to help with buying vehicles. Used Car Buyer Qualifications: Experience with CRM and DMS a plus, but not necessary. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service skills. Solid attention to detail skills. Positive, friendly attitude, and demeanor. Ability to learn new technology and systems. Team player.
