The ideal candidate should have a background in corporate and/or finance transactions, with a preference for expertise in structured finance and securitization.Duties:Provide expert legal counsel and representation in structured finance and securitization matters.Collaborate with clients on a range of corporate and finance transactions.Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and contracts related to structured finance deals.Conduct due diligence, legal research, and analysis for transactions.Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective legal strategies.Stay updated on developments in structured finance and securitization law and regulations.Requirements:3-6 years of legal experience as an associate.Proficiency in corporate and/or finance transactions.A background in structured finance and securitization is preferred.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the bar in the state of practice.Skills:Proficiency in structured finance and securitization matters.Legal research and analysis.Drafting complex agreements and contracts.Effective communication and collaboration with clients and colleagues.In-depth knowledge of structured finance and securitization laws and regulations.
