The candidate should possess a significant interest in or experience with merger reviews. FTC/DOJ experience is a plus. Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust laws and regulations.Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to merger reviews.Participate in client meetings and communicate effectively on legal strategies and recommendations.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on transactional-based work related to antitrust and competition law. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar or eligibility for admission.1-5 years of experience focusing on transactional-based work.Strong interest in or experience with antitrust and competition law, with specific emphasis on merger reviews.FTC/DOJ experience is a plus. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the Bar or eligibility for admission. Skills:Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
