We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Life Insurance Agents. As an Entry-Level Agent, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to help you build a successful career in the dynamic field of life insurance. Responsibilities:• Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles• Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients• Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs• Keep bookkeeping systems, sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress to monthly and quarterly sales quotas to stakeholders Qualifications: • Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is required• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required• Candidates must have an insurance license• Experience with accounting and or sales lead software is a plus• Superb analytical, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills are needed to succeed in this role Compensation: $70,000+ at plan commission About Company: A group of licensed insurance brokers that are determined to help as many families as possible per year with their insurance needs.
