PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair compact and agricultural equipment Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components Interface positively with Service Writers, leadership team, the parts department, vendors, and customers Keep paperwork updated and submitted upon completion Meet certification requirements Meet and maintain efficiency labor goals knowledge, education and/or experience: Requires a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) Technical degree or certification is a plus On-line parts catalog experience skills: Written and verbal communication skills MS Outlook skills Diagnostic tools skills abilities : Work with diagnostic computers for troubleshooting and repairs Use computers for web-based training and work order system Work independently in a field service environment while displaying a professional confident relationship with the customer Exhibit a strong mechanical aptitude BENEFITS Competitive Compensation Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance HSA with Company Matching 401(k) with Company Contribution Company-Paid Life and Short-Term Disability Insurance Long-Term Disability Insurance Holiday Pay and PTO Powered by JazzHR
