The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities, requirements, and qualifications:Job Overview:The Litigation Associate Attorney will handle diverse personal injury cases, including motor vehicle collisions and premise liability claims. They will manage all aspects of litigation, from filing petitions to attending court hearings, mediations, and trials.
