Practice Area: Antitrust and Competition - General, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 1 Years, A law firm based in San Francisco is seeking an Antitrust/Competition Associate Attorney with a strong interest in or experience with merger reviews. Experience with the FTC/DOJ is a plus. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience focusing on transactional-based work. Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust laws and regulations.Assist with merger reviews and other antitrust investigations.Draft and review transactional documents for compliance with antitrust laws.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on antitrust matters.Assist with antitrust litigation cases as needed.Stay updated on changes in antitrust laws and regulations. Requirements:JD from an accredited law school.1-5 years of experience focusing on transactional-based work.Significant interest in or experience with merger reviews.FTC/DOJ experience is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education:JD from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar. Skills:In-depth knowledge of antitrust laws and regulations.Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
