Ophthalmology Technician open positions in Somerset, Monroe and Princeton, NJ (Work at office that is the closest to your home) $25 to $28 . Hours: can start as early as 7:45 AM or 8:45 AM to 3:30 or at 5:30 occasional evening once a week to 8 PM one office does have a Saturday morning and all technicians rotate. Experienced Ophthalmic Technician needed for busy, multi-specialty practice. Work with paper charts no EMR. Must be proficient in most of these areas: Detailed history taking, Knowledge of eye terminology and pharmacology, Manual refractometry a+ Auto lensometry, Scribing, Diagnostic testing (visual field, OCT, topography)Fluorescein Angiography/Fundus Photos (willing to train). Pupillary assessment, TonometryHealth insurance, plans are from $0 to $65 biweekly, dental is at no cost, and life insurance is at no cost. Will train a bright ophthalmic tech. We have a 401K plan and optional supplemental insurance plans as well, benefits package with financial support for education/certification credits within the field of ophthalmology.
