We currently have an opportunity for a full - time Senior Financial Analyst, External Reporting to join our Finance department based out of our office(s) in Stellarton, NS or Mississauga, ON for a 12-month contract. Here’s where you’ll be focusing: • Review the MD&A for the Audit Committee, Disclosure Committee and Board of Directors • Prepare and review annual documents such as Management Information Circular and Annual Information Form • Prepare and coordinate distribution of the Quarterly Report • Coordinate and review French translation of all external documents with a third-party • Review monthly and annual Statistics Canada surveys and inquiries • Research and benchmark industry competitors • Develop and manage various reports using several software platforms.
