Jr. IT Help Desk Technician

Description:
Candidate will assist internal users with troubleshooting Windows application issues and provision & maintain user access to web portals. Candidate will also be responsible for desktop hardware installation and maintenance. Will maintain the inventory system and conduct inventory audits as needed. Candidate must have 1 year IT Help Desk experience as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have experience with Windows 10/11 and MS Office 365. Must be eligible to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no corp. to corp./or third parties) and be able to pass relevant background check.
