Our Automotive client in looking Garage Part Shop Supervisor in Auburn Hills, MI who will be responsible for leading a team of salaried bargaining and non-bargaining work teams in completing vehicle retrofits, builds, and/or part fabrication. Description: This role directly supports daily production. The supervisor is responsible for troubleshooting problems as they arise and allocating resources and Client accordingly to resolve issues without impact to shop throughput performance. Responsible for Client Management and Leads Safety, Quality and Cost initiatives for the shop and provide regular status to leadership. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree from ABET accredited program. Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/dealership environment. Ability to demonstrate lean manufacturing knowledge and application. Ability to direct the workforce and deliver results. Experience in resolving employee conflicts with professionalism and integrity. Excellent oral and written communication skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
