Position Overview: As the Personal Training Director at Lakeshore Sport & Fitness, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to empower individuals to lead healthier, happier lives. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our personal training program, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: Setting and exceeding personal training revenue goals, as well as contributing to overall programming revenue growth. Developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to attract and retain personal training clients. Ensuring the integrity of our personal training program and guest experience through effective prospecting, orientation, and ongoing support. Leading, training, scheduling, and motivating our team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Fostering creativity and innovation within the personal training department to enhance service offerings and client engagement. Demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in personal training and fitness management, with a proven track record of exceeding expectations. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a health-related field preferred. Strong sales and marketing skills, with a passion for driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
