Client-focused residential HVAC company seeks experienced HVAC service techs for residential repairs, replacements, leads, and add-ons. This is a performance-based and rewarded position. Flat rate and Service Titan experience are a plus! Responsibilities:• This is a residential service technician position• Responsible for repairing furnaces, air conditioning, and heat pump systems• Setting leads for system replacements• Basic Indoor air quality knowledge• Test work and provide quality assurance• Excellent Client Service• Integrity, Transparency, and Quality• Positive attitude• This is a performance-based position• Service Titan experience a plus Qualifications:• Must have at least 3 years of experience as a lead HVAC service technician for a residential service and replacement company• Basic line voltage and low voltage electric for furnace and air conditioning• Ability to diagnose, and offer client all repair and replacement options• Refrigeration testing and charging• Must have experience with customer service• Service Titan and iPad skills are a plus• Must have experience with a flat-rate company• Clean background and insurable driving record a must Compensation: $65,500 - $135,000 yearly About Company: Independently owned and operated family business.
