The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Duties:Provide legal counsel to employers on all types of ERISA and non-ERISA plans and arrangements.Draft, review, and negotiate plan documents, amendments, and related agreements.Advise clients on compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA.Assist with plan design, implementation, and administration.Handle employee benefits-related disputes and litigation. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the State Bar.5+ years of experience in employee benefits law.Demonstrated expertise in counseling employers on retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and related compliance matters.Excellent written and oral communication skills. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Active membership in the State Bar. Skills:Comprehensive understanding of ERISA and non-ERISA employee benefit plans.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in legal research and drafting. This law firm will handle all your legal needs, whether that is administrative charges, class actions, or single plaintiff litigation. The firm was first started in San Francisco over 70 years ago to serve employers with labor and employment law issues. They have grown to have over 1,000 attorneys in over 60 offices.
