The property manager will oversee the coordination and supervision of service providers and be accountable for all on-site property management, including local marketing, all tenant relations and financial reporting. Responsibilities: • Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly• Create budgets, collect rent, pay bills and perform other duties to make certain financial objects are being met• Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes• Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards• Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases• Respond to and follow up on tenant maintenance requests Qualifications: • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members• Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service• Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred• B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required Compensation: $31,500 - $45,000 yearly About Company: We are the number one Century 21 firm in Pennsylvania, with 11 locations serving PA and NJ.
