As a Line Cook at Talent Source, you will play a vital role in our culinary team, ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes to our guests. Below are the key responsibilities and requirements for this position: Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, cutting, and measuring. Cook menu items according to established recipes and specifications. Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation. Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient service. Follow proper plating techniques and presentation standards. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Assist with special events and catering functions as needed. Requirements: Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role. Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Culinary education or certification is a plus. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects. Positive attitude and passion for food and hospitality.
