The candidate should preferably have a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field, and experience with depositions, expert reports, and discovery management is preferred. Experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation is a plus. Should be licensed and in good standing, in the state they wish to practice in. Should have strong organizational and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and a desire to excel in a large law firm environment. The firm offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Although more commonly thought of as a Washington, DC, firm, this New York office has many of the same practice areas. As this firm continues to grow its New York office, this is a tremendous opportunity for associates to get in on the ground floor in terms of shaping the character of the office. We like the litigation work that is being done in this office, as it has a decidedly corporate bent, with an emphasis on securities litigations.
