Busy Ford dealership looking for an experienced Ford Parts Counterperson to work in a fast paced environment. The Parts Counterperson should possess extensive knowledgeable about automotive parts and accessories and can accurately answer questions and satisfy customer inquiries. Candidates must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong customer service and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ford Motor Company experience preferred. Bilingual a plus but not required.
