Job Description We are seeking Registered Nurses - Med Surg to join our teams across the US. Registered Nurses (RNs) in the Med Surg (Medical-Surgical) unit provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with various medical and surgical conditions. They work closely with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and patients' families to deliver high-quality care in a hospital setting. Responsibilities Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs, pain levels, and overall condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Provide wound care and perform various nursing procedures as needed. Educate patients and their families on their medical conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care instructions. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Document patient care, progress, and any changes in condition accurately and promptly. Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout their hospital stay. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain clinical competency. Clearance US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card is required Pass/possess VA Public Trust Clearance Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing. Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
